At Kensei Forge, we didn’t start as manufacturers — we began as passionate collectors, fascinated by how fire, steel, and patience could create something timeless.
From Australia, we set out with a simple mission: to bring authentic Japanese craftsmanship and full customisation to collectors and practitioners around the world.
We work hand in hand with skilled smiths in Longquan, and traditional forges in Thailand — places where the art of blade forging has been passed down for generations. Together, we blend time-honoured techniques with modern personalisation so that every katana embodies both centuries of tradition and the unique vision of its owner.
