Zenitsu Agatsuma spends half of Demon Slayer paralysed by fear, then ends the fight in a heartbeat, faster than the eye can follow. That contradiction keeps his sword a favourite with collectors, and this fan-made tribute (not an officially licensed product) is built to the same standard as our traditional katana.

Full Tang 1060 Carbon Steel: The Numbers

No rat-tail shortcuts here: 1060 carbon steel, with the tang running the full length of the handle.

  • Overall length: 105 cm (41 in)
  • Blade: 72 cm (28 in) long, 3.2 cm (1.2 in) wide, 0.7 cm (0.27 in) thick
  • Handle: 30 cm (11.8 in), cotton ito wrapped over synthetic rayskin
  • Fittings: iron tsuba and cotton sageo
  • Edge: sharpening is optional, set by the variant you select

Display Piece, Cosplay Partner, Practice Blade

Most owners give this katana one of three jobs: centrepiece of a Demon Slayer shelf, convention cosplay that photographs like the real thing, or non-contact practice where full tang balance genuinely matters. Curious where Zenitsu's blade sits in the series? Our Nichirin blade guide covers the lore behind every slayer's sword.

Forged to Order in Longquan, Tracked to Your Door

We do not pull these from a warehouse shelf. Each katana is forged at our partner workshop in Longquan after you order, which takes 5 to 20 business days, then ships with tracked delivery anywhere in Australia. Import duties or GST can apply on arrival; those charges are set by Australian authorities, and our shipping policy explains how it works.

Round Out the Line-Up

Browse the complete Demon Slayer katana collection, or cross series with the Hyorinmaru from Bleach and Vergil's Yamato, both forged in the same 1060 carbon steel.

Quick Answers for Australian Buyers

Can I legally own this katana in Australia?

Rules differ between states and territories. Our Australian katana law guide walks through the requirements state by state so you can check yours before ordering.

How long before it arrives?

Allow 5 to 20 business days for forging, then tracked shipping to your Australian address. Slower than warehouse stock, but your blade is built when you order it.
