Steel before story: this Amenohabakiri replica is built around a 1060 high carbon steel blade with a full tang running the length of the handle, measuring 105 cm (41 in) end to end. It is the sword Kozuki Oden carries in One Piece, reproduced for collectors who want genuine carbon steel on the wall instead of a costume prop.

The Numbers, Straight Up

  • Overall length: 105 cm (41 in)
  • Blade: 72 cm (28 in), 1060 carbon steel
  • Blade width: 3.2 cm (1.2 in)
  • Blade thickness: 0.7 cm (0.27 in)
  • Handle: 30 cm (11.8 in), black cotton ito wrapped over textured synthetic rayskin
  • Fittings: iron tsuba and a cotton sageo
  • Construction: full tang
  • Edge: optional sharpening, chosen when you select your variant

Oden's Sword, and Why Fans Want It

Amenohabakiri is remembered in One Piece not as the strongest blade in the series but as the one that stood for something. Kozuki Oden faced the darkest moments of his story with his honour intact, and the sword became shorthand for that kind of resolve. This piece is a fan-made tribute, not an officially licensed product, and it suits cosplay, stand display, and non-contact practice equally well.

Forged When You Order It

This katana is not sitting in a local warehouse. Each order goes to our partner forge in Longquan, where the blade is made from scratch over 5 to 20 business days. Once finished, it ships with tracked delivery to any Australian address. Customs charges or GST may be applied on arrival; those fees are set by Australian authorities, and our shipping policy covers the details.

Building a One Piece Wall?

You will find this blade in our One Piece katana collection. If Oden's arc is what brought you here, the Enma katana and the Black Enma make natural companions, both forged from the same 1060 carbon steel.
