Rengoku Kyojuro fought with his heart set ablaze, and the blade he carried is one of the most recognisable in Demon Slayer. This full tang recreation brings the Flame Hashira's katana off the screen in genuine 1060 carbon steel, with proportions that read true on a display stand or at a convention.

Spec Sheet, No Guesswork

  • Steel: 1060 high carbon steel
  • Construction: full tang
  • Overall length: 105 cm (41 in)
  • Blade: 72 cm (28 in) long, 3.2 cm (1.2 in) wide, 0.7 cm (0.27 in) thick
  • Handle: 30 cm (11.8 in), cotton ito laid over textured synthetic rayskin
  • Fittings: iron tsuba, sageo cord matched to the colour scheme
  • Edge: sharpened or unsharpened, your pick at checkout
  • Suited to: display, cosplay and non-contact practice

Why Full Tang Construction Matters

Many anime swords are castings with a short rod glued into the grip. Not here. The 1060 carbon steel runs as one continuous piece through the entire 30 cm handle, which is what lets this katana double as a non-contact practice blade instead of staying confined to the shelf.

The Flame Hashira, Rendered in Steel

Rengoku stood his ground with honour when it mattered most, and that fearless resolve is why his sword keeps its hold on collectors. To be clear, this is a fan-made recreation, not an officially licensed product. For the lore behind the series' swords, read our Nichirin blade guide.

Made to Order for Australian Collectors

We don't pull this katana off a warehouse shelf. Each one is forged after you order at our partner workshop in Longquan. Allow 5 to 20 business days for forging and finishing, after which your sword ships with tracked delivery all the way to your door in Australia.

Before You Order

How do I look after a carbon steel blade?

1060 carbon steel is not stainless. A wipe-down after handling and an occasional light coat of oil keeps it in show condition.

Will I pay anything at the border?

Possibly. Import duties or GST can be charged when the parcel arrives in Australia. These amounts are set and collected by Australian authorities, not by us.
