Strip away the fandom for a moment and you are still holding a properly built sword: a full tang blade in 1060 carbon steel, balanced for display, cosplay or non-contact practice. Add the fandom back and it becomes a tribute to Mitsuri Kanroji, the Love Hashira of Demon Slayer, whose swordsmanship blends devotion with artistry.

What You Get, in Steel and Numbers

The 1060 carbon steel blade runs the full length of the grip as a genuine full tang, the detail that separates a flimsy wall-hanger from a sword with real integrity.

  • Overall length: 105 cm (41 in)
  • Blade: 72 cm (28 in) long, 3.2 cm (1.2 in) wide, 0.7 cm (0.27 in) thick
  • Handle: 30 cm (11.8 in), cotton ito wrapped over textured synthetic rayskin
  • Fittings: iron tsuba with a matching cotton sageo
  • Edge: arrives unsharpened; optional sharpening available

The Love Hashira, Cast in Carbon Steel

Mitsuri Kanroji proves that warmth and strength are not opposites, and this fan-made replica honours that idea. It is not an officially licensed product; it is a collector's homage built to sit proudly in your Demon Slayer katana line-up. Curious how Nichirin blades take on their colours? Forged When You Order, Delivered Across Australia

Every piece is made to order in our partner workshop in Longquan, where forging and assembly take 5 to 20 business days. From there, it travels with tracked delivery to your door anywhere in Australia. Customs duties or GST may apply on arrival; these charges are set by Australian authorities rather than by us.

More Blades From the Same Forge

Building out the display stand? The Black Enma Katana and the Amenohabakiri Kozuki Oden Katana are forged from the same 1060 carbon steel.

Before You Order

Is a katana legal to own in Australia?

Ownership rules differ between states and territories. Read our guide to Australian katana laws to see what applies where you live.

Can I request a sharpened edge?

Yes. The sword ships unsharpened by default, which suits cosplay and non-contact training, and sharpening can be added as an option when you order.
