About the Sandai Kitetsu in One Piece

The Sandai Kitetsu ("Third Kitetsu") belongs to the Kitetsu sword lineage - blades forged by the Kitetsu family and known for their deadly curse. Every Kitetsu sword brings misfortune and death to its wielder.

Zoro found this blade in a weapon shop in Loguetown. When the shopkeeper warned him about the curse, Zoro threw the sword spinning into the air and held out his arm. If fate willed it, the blade would take his limb. It didn't. Zoro's luck proved stronger than the curse.

The Sandai Kitetsu is classified as a Wazamono (Grade Sword). Though the weakest of the three Kitetsu blades, it remains a formidable weapon in Zoro's hands.

Who is Roronoa Zoro?

Roronoa Zoro is the swordsman of the Straw Hat Pirates. His dream is to become the world's greatest swordsman. He uses the Three Sword Style (Santoryu), wielding three katanas at once.

Zoro's current set includes the Sandai Kitetsu, Enma (the purple blade), and Wado Ichimonji (the white blade from Kuina).

Why 1060 Carbon Steel?

We chose 1060 carbon steel for optimal balance. It offers excellent edge retention while staying flexible enough to resist breakage. This steel is easier to maintain than high-carbon alternatives. Perfect for display pieces and light cutting practice.

Complete Your Zoro Collection

Roronoa Zoro wields three swords. The Sandai Kitetsu is his cursed red blade. Pair it with the Wado Ichimonji (Kuina's white katana) and the Enma (his newest purple blade). Display all three for the ultimate Santoryu setup.
